STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT

Our studio is located at 5903-1 East Pima St. in Tucson. We are on the North side of Pima Street between Wilmot and Craycroft.
Our philosophy is to offer our clients a comprehensive workout program that incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment for maximum effectiveness.  From Mat and floor apparatus to Reformers, Cadillacs and Chairs, we allow our clients to work at their own levels while experiencing the many choices available in Pilates exercise.

We feature the Convertible Cadillac, which is used both as a Pilates Cadillac and a Pilates Reformer for a full array of exercise.

The MVe Chair is a modern version of the Pilates chair.  It offers an ergonomic design and various levels of spring resistance to enhance body awareness, movement dynamics, strength and balance in a wide variety of exercises.
