Joanna Daniels is a certified Pilates instructor, trained in the classical method. She received her certification from The Pilates Connection after completing a year long, 750 hour instructional program in 2008. She first discovered the benefits of Pilates while healing from several back injuries. Joanna received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas in 1992, and became a certified Reiki Therapist during her nursing career. In addition to her Pilates practice, she continues to work as a nurse at a pain clinic for back and neck pain. In her spare time she enjoys biking and hiking and continues to take Pilates lessons from other professionals to further her knowledge of the practice. Joanna’s combined knowledge of the body, healing, and Pilates provides powerful benefits to her clients as she is able to focus on each individual’s strengths and weaknesses to maximize the effectiveness of their exercise sessions.
